An Inactive Day is when a driver’s phone is configured to prevent LifeSaver from working properly for a full day (24 hours). This may occur when a driver has disabled their cell data, location services, or uninstalled the app.
If there is an issue with their app you can check the status on their health check to determine how to troubleshoot this issue.
Inactive drivers are reported daily to each safety officer.
To increase or decrease the impact of this violation on your driver's score follow these steps:
- Go to the Manage Corporate Policy page in your portal and scroll down to the “Monthly Score Settings”.
- Change the point value of this violation and/or weight.
- Click the blue “Save” button.
