Rollout and Onboarding of LifeSaver with a Mobile Device Manager (MDM)

If your company has a Mobile Device Manager (MDM), you can use it with LifeSaver. You will use your MDM to deploy the app on your company phones, and we will use a driver template to upload your group's driver information into the portal.

Once all is set, you can activate the app on the phones. 

To deploy the LifeSaver app to your devices using your MDM:

  1. Add and deploy the LifeSaver App from the App Store and/or Google Play to your MDM implementation. iPhone users, click here for the Apple  App Store link. Android users, click here for the Google Play link. 
  2. Your IT team, or your drivers, will need to open the LifeSaver app on each phone and perform the one-time verification (entering cell phone number and entering a 5-digit code, etc).
  3. Complete our LifeSaver driver template for your drivers by extracting names, emails, and cell phone numbers from your MDM. LifeSaver customer success will upload this spreadsheet into your LifeSaver driver portal, and your driver devices will be automatically linked to your driver portal (with no invitation required from the portal).

Once the driver upload is complete, you are all set!
