How to Send Error Logs from Your iPhone LifeSaver App for Support?

By shaking your device, you can send your logs to our support team to assist with troubleshooting.

Fleet accounts can alway reach out to LifeSaver with any questions or help with trouble shooting. On occasion, escalations to our engineering team can reveal issues with settings or configurations on the device itself. To help aid in troubleshooting technical issues, our engineering team needs to review logs stored within the app on the iPhone itself. These logs can be sent by the driver over to our support team so we can pinpoint issues. 

To send the error logs on your iPhone to LifeSaver:

  1. Open the LifeSaver app to the Home Screen
  2. Briefly shake the phone
  3. A pre-populated email with attachments will pop up on the screen 
  4. Enter "support@lifesaver-app.com" into the "To:" field
  5. Tap the arrow to send the message

This will send over the error logs directly on the device so that we can take a look and investigate further.
