Use the instructions below to automatically sync a new driver into your Lifesaver portal via your MDM.
- Create a profile for your new driver in your MDM.
- Push the LifeSaver app onto your new driver’s device
- Ensure your driver opens the device and accepts the permissions. Once they have accepted, their device will sync into the LifeSaver portal.
- The driver will appear in the portal's “Unassigned Drivers” group.
- Select the driver you want to move by selecting the box to the left of their name.
- Move your driver by using the blue “Move Selected Driver” button on the “Manage Fleet Driver” page. A dropdown menu with the other groups should pop up; choose the correct one.
- Save the changes.
Please note that if your portal is connected to your MDM, it is very important that you do not invite any drivers by adding their information directly to the portal.
