You can always check the status of your drivers in the portal in the Group Dashboard page. On the first chart, click on the blue button that says "Driver Status" to flip the chart around. There you can see the number of drivers in each group that are active, inactive, or that have yet to install the app. If you click on a bar on that chart, it will take you to the Manage Fleet Drivers page for that group. From there you can drill down to see why your drivers are showing as inactive.
To see the Health Check of your driver:
- In the portal, navigate to the Manage Fleet Drivers page.
- Click on the red, orange, or green icon in the online status column for the driver. This will take you to the Driver Dashboard.
- Click on the red, orange, or green briefcase icon in the top right corner of the page under "How it works". This will take you to the Health Check for the Driver.
- You can then see any issues the app is having recording drives. Drivers should have a green "Yes" to the right os each item.
- Any orange "?" or red "No" icons indicate an issue. You will see an explanation of the issue and what to do to correct it below that item.
