When you see the error in your portal, and are not allowed to add new drivers, please contact Customer Support.
When you first purchase LifeSaver, you purchase a fixed amount of licenses that correspond with the number of devices you will be using with LifeSaver. You are able to add drivers freely in the portal, up to the amount of licenses you purchased. If you try to add more drivers than you have already purchased licenses for, you will see an error and be directed to contact Customer Support.
To add additional licenses, email Customer Support to notify us that you would like to add additional licenses and indicate how many you would like. Please be advised that we bill additional licenses in groups of ten. Once you indicate how many additional licenses you would like, we will then bill you for those additional licenses. Once payment is received, we will confirm with you and you will be able to add the additional drivers in your portal.
