First, is your driver's Health Check clean? For the app to accurately report, your app's health must be good. By going to your driver's Health Check, you can see if there are any connectivity issues.
Second, please consider that your Driver Dashboard is updated every 4 hours. This may cause a delay in updating your driver’s sores.
Lastly, since the Driver Report is calculated in real-time and the Driver Dashboard refreshes every 4 hours, there may be a discrepancy of a few hours.
