What is an Outbound Call Violation?

An outbound call is any call that is made by the driver during a drive.

Any outbound calls the driver makes can be set to trigger a violation and appear on the driver's violation report.

You can choose whether or not to have these violations affect the driver's score by assigning points to this violation type.

To increase or decrease the impact of this violation on your driver's score, take the following steps:

  1. Go to the Manage Corporate Policy page in your portal and scroll down to the “Monthly Score Settings”.
  2. Change the point value of this violation and/or weight.
  3. Click the blue “Save” button.

You also have the option to exclude any calls that are made via Bluetooth under the Manage Corporate Page.

For Androids only, you may also block outbound calls. To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the “Manage Corporate Policy”.
  2. Scroll down to “Device Policy Settings”.
  3. Toggle on the “Block Outbound Calls” section.
  4. Click the blue “Save” button.
