Passenger Unlock is a feature on your driver’s app that they can use if they are a passenger during a drive. A passenger unlock can occur once per drive and must be reselected with every new drive.
Passenger Unlocks are not factored into a driver's score by default, but if your company policy allows the driver to have the Passenger Unlock option available, you can also score it as a violation to discourage abuse.
To increase or decrease the impact of this violation on your driver's score, follow these steps:
- Go to the Manage Corporate Policy page in your portal and scroll down to the “Monthly Score Settings”.
- Change the point value of this violation and/or weight.
- Click the blue “Save” button.
You can also enable and disable this feature on the Manage Corporate page by toggling it “on” or “off” and clicking Save & Apply at the bottom of the page.
