Turning on Automatic Reports for Administrators and Safety Officers

Administrators and Safety Officers can receive daily and/or weekly reports showing how your drivers are doing with respect to distracted driving.

Any driver violations and names of inactive drivers will appear on the report. This will give you the opportunity to follow up, and do some coaching around distracted driving, with drivers that are continuously appearing on the reports.

To turn on automatic reports:

  1. In the portal, navigate to the Manage Reports page.
  2. To receive daily reports, toggle the settings in the first row to "On" for AdministratorsSafety Officers, and Additional Safety Officers respectively.
  3. To receive weekly reports, toggle the settings in the second row to "On" for AdministratorsSafety Officers, and Additional Safety Officers respectively.
  4. Under "Deliver report on:", select the day of the week you would like to receive the weekly reports.

Once toggled on, administrators, safety officers, and additional safety officers will receive emailed reports per your settings.

Note: if the same person is designated as an administrator and also a safety officer, or additional safety officer for a group, then they may receive duplicate or triplicate reports if reporting for administrators, safety officers, and additional safety officers are enabled. You can prevent this by not assigning administrators as safety officers as they will already have access to all the account's groups, or by leaving reporting for administrators turned off.
