Turning on Automatic Health Check Notifications for Your Drivers

This feature automatically sends drivers a quick check on their status, to their phone or email, daily.

Your drivers then can self correct any issues the app detects like data or GPS being turned off, or needing to update the app. Since this sends daily and automatically, it will give the driver an opportunity to resolve any issues on their own without your intervention.

To turn on Health Check Notifications:

  1. In the portal, navigate to the Manage Fleet Drivers page.
  2. Click on the Notifications tab.
  3. Under Health Notification, check the boxes for the drivers you would like to turn this on for, or click "All" to select all the drivers. 
  4. Check the boxes under "Email" and/or "SMS" respectively to send this out to the drivers via email or text message daily. If you check both boxes they will receive both an email and a text. 
  5. Click "Save".
  6. Repeat these steps for all of your driver groups. 
  7. Navigate to the Manage Corporate Policy page.
  8. Under Daily Digest and Health Check Notifications, toggle the Health Check For New Drivers feature to "On".

The last step will automatically check the boxes in the Manage Fleet Drivers page so you will not have to check those boxes when you add new drivers.
