If you are seeing this message, you already have an online account associated with the email address you are attempting to use. You will need to close that old account before you are able to create a new account with the same email address.
To close your old account:
- Log into the LifeSaver portal with your email address here. If you do not remember your password, select the “Forgot Password?” link, and follow instructions to reset your password.
- Once logged in, click on your name in the top right corner to access the drop down menu.
- Click Close account and follow the instructions to close the account.
After the old account is closed, you will be able to create a new account with your email address.
