One of the easiest ways you can tell if your driver is not connected to your fleet account, is by checking their app dashboard. If instead of their name, you see User ####, they may not be connected to your fleet account.
Sometimes drivers will download the LifeSaver app before they are added to your fleet group and invited by you. This creates a separate user for your driver. If your driver created that separate user within 30 days of you inviting them to join your LifeSaver fleet, then their information will automatically be linked to your fleet account.
If more than 30 days have passed since the user account was created, then we will need to make the change and link the driver on our end. Please send an email to our customer support team with the name of the driver and detailing the problem so that we can make sure they are linked to your account.
